We are property managers on the Riviera. For the last 18 months, our flagship website: www.nicepebbles.com has brought over 500 guests to central Nice. We feature on the first page of Google and other search engines and receive over 100 visitors to www.nicepebbles.com every day. For the summer months, demand for our apartments outstrips supply. Our feedback from our guests has been fantastic. Happy guests means happy clients.

Currently there is no availbility to list an apartment in Nice on www.nicepebbles.com .

In November 2007 our sister site, www.rivierapebbles.com was launched. This was to embrace the demand from both apartment owners and visitors alike. We hope to have the same standard of rankings for Riviera Pebbles as we do for Nice Pebbles by April 2008.

Currently there is no availability to list an apartment with www.nicepebbles.com, but we would love to hear from you about listing your apartment on our sister site www.rivierapebbles.com . Should you list an apartment with Riviera Pebbles before 31 January 2008 then we will list your apartment on our Nice Pebbles site also. This will result in maximum exposure. (nb this only applies to apartments outside Nice)

www.rivierapebbles.com offers two services to owners: the ability to just advertise with us through an Owners' advert or a full rental management service where your property is offered as a Riviera Pebbles apartment.

Full management service

Most owners who contact us are looking for a meet and greet service here in France. They are looking for a meet and greet service to run alongside a marketing and management service. We can generally cover a meet and greet service in Nice, Cannes, Villefranche and the other areas of the Riveria. If you are looking for a meet and greet service on the Riveria we will try our best to accomodate you. We are taking on agents for various areas of the Riviera and in time should be able to cover most requirements. Whether you are looking for a meet and greet service in Nice, Villefranche, Cannes or further afield in Menton or Juan Les Pins, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

We offer a full management service which runs on similar lines to www.nicepebbles.com.  An agent for Riviera Pebbles can take commission for all bookings, handle all enquiries, bookings, payments on-line, and arrange cleaning and 'meet and greets'  Taking payment by credit cards and taking security deposits by credit cards give peace of mind to our owners and guests and results in maximum bookings.  

Our meet and greet service includes a welcome basket, egyptian cotton linen and towels, french soap and personal welcome and escort to the apartment.

Owners' advert: advertising service only

If you manage your apartment yourself, you may simply want to list your apartment on our site. A list of our prices can be seen on the Owner's page of www.rivierapebbles.com.

Once your apartment is listed with us we look forward to referring many visitors to your apartment.

Our system will make it easy for you or your apartment manager to manage these enquiries and to keep your availability calendar up to date.

Listing your apartment with us

If you would like to list your apartment then we would love to hear from you. Please fill in the contact form explaining which services you are interested in.

Once we receive the contact form we will contact you by email. If you are interested in Riviera Pebbles managing your apartment we will then ask for more information about your apartment and request some photos if available.  

The next step is to discuss in more detail the services we can offer you and your individual requirements to make sure our services are right for you.
